Sorry it's been awhile. YES! We are still growing and delivering! Made a colorful salad of shaved Brussel sprouts, chickpeas, bell peppers, cucumber, tomatoes and red onions topped with our basic salad and beet microgreens.

Nice basic microgreen salad with our home grown cucamelons! Cucamelons are full of vitamins and minerals, antioxidants and fiber. The nutrients they provide can help lower the risk of heart disease, stroke and cancer! Made my salad dressing with some sofrito made by C & F Organic Sofrito. You can get some organic sofrito at Sunday's farmers market in Port Jefferson from 9-2

To all of our T & C Micro friends, we were just informed that the first day of the Port Jeff farmers market will be May 8th instead of May 1st due to schedule conflict with historical society. We had planned to be prepared for the first and have a bunch of product on that will be ready for that day! If anyone is interested in purchasing please DM us or email at [email protected]
