Nice basic microgreen salad with our home grown cucamelons! Cucamelons are full of vitamins and minerals, antioxidants and fiber. The nutrients they provide can help lower the risk of heart disease, stroke and cancer! Made my salad dressing with some sofrito made by C & F Organic Sofrito. You can get some organic sofrito at Sunday's farmers market in Port Jefferson from 9-2

To all of our T & C Micro friends, we were just informed that the first day of the Port Jeff farmers market will be May 8th instead of May 1st due to schedule conflict with historical society.
