Introducing Daisy! 🌼 She is a Heeler (Australian Cattle Dog) mix, est DOB 7/16. See last pic for all siblings in the litter. She weighed 10.5 lbs at her wellness visit on 10/3.

Her foster mom has this to say:
"Daisy does well in the car, plays well with our dog and is great with kids. She loves to play with her toys. She is really smart, picks up on habits quickly, knows sit and lay commands, sits to wait for food, and is currently working on potty training. She does really well in her crate and mostly sleeps through the night."

FOSTER OR FOSTER-TO-ADOPTER NEEDED - Could arrive Sat 10/25

Amos is 6-7 months old (est DOB 3/27/25), neutered, weighs 50lbs, and is people & dog-friendly.

Our rescue partner in AL, Free State Four Paws, is completely overwhelmed. They're in Winston County AL, and that is the only county in Alabama that doesn't have Animal Control or a public shelter. FSFP has been filling that role, saving dogs from either just being let go outside to fend for themselves or getting a bullet in the head. (that's not even an exaggeration - it happens)

FSFP has lots of great dogs who have been waiting to be adopted or pulled by a northern rescue. We're trying to do a "clear the shelter" of sorts, and pull as many of their dogs as we can so they can continue helping other dogs. We have an opportunity for a private transport that would arrive Sat 10/25 and will cost a fraction of the usual price, and we're hoping to totally fill the van.

Please consider fostering Amos! 🙏 When you foster we provide the vet care (at our vet), food, and supplies. If you end up falling in love, fosters get first dibs to adopt.

Fostering details:
The vet we use is in Perkasie PA so you need to be within an hour. We do not require a fenced-in yard to foster, but any resident dogs & cats must be UTD on vaccines (rabies, distemper) and be spayed/neutered.

His foster mom has this to say:
"If you’re looking for a cuddle bug, a happy, fun loving pup who loves to play, then Mack is your boy! He is always so happy, my little shadow, loves to lay with me on the couch, loves fetch, crate trained and already learning sit and paw! He’s quickly learning to walk on a leash, sleeps through the night, loves dogs of all ages, loves kids and pretty much anyone who will give him attention and also great with cats!!!"
