Chamomile is one of my favourite essential oils. Both Roman and German Chamomile have similar properties (though German Chamomile essential oil is blue).
It will help you relax, is great for skin and hair, antiseptic, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial.

It is a great oil to add into the Equine Aromatherapy Technique and I personally like to use it in the intital balance/centering part of EAT.

Chamomile is easy to grow too, so you can grow your own tea, or make your own hydrosol!
