The website will be opening in less than 10 minutes, at 6pm (AST) !!! All of our current stock for the Aura’s Aurora Collection has been uploaded. There is limited stock currently available but more stock will be added throughout the month of January !!

Custom items are slowly coming back on the site! You will be able to make your custom purchases through the Custom Orders tab!! It will take us about a week to get all the custom items updated and uploaded so if you don’t see what you’re looking for it may still be coming! :)

We have finished up the last few custom orders for 2023 Today! Custom orders are now closed until the New Year!!

From now until Friday, December 22nd at 11:59pm (AST) all in stock items on the Website are on sale!! We are trying to clear out all our current stock to make room for new fun and exciting things coming in the new year 🎉 (Discount is automatically applied at checkout)

We are in the process of starting a VIP Facebook group to help keep all of you updated on current orders and upcoming releases. I will be posting the link once that is up and running. This will also allow all of you to share photos of your pups 🙂

Please note that you HAVE to get a custom order slot in order for me to be able to make your custom orders! I’ve been getting a lot of messages through Facebook with people wanting to place their custom order before the drop or without securing a spot. This process is in place to make things fair and to ensure we don’t take more than what we handle.

How custom order spots work:

In order to place a custom order, you must buy a custom order spot through our website. This custom order spot is a non refundable $5 deposit that comes off that total cost of your custom order. Each custom order spot is for ONE item only. If you would like more than one item made than please purchase a spot for each item. For example; if you want a custom tug and a custom leash then please purchase two custom order spots.

Once your custom order spots are purchased, you will be contacted through email within 24hrs to work through the details and design of your custom order. If you prefer to be contacted through Facebook then please send us a Facebook message after you place your order so we can work on your order details through there. Please ensure that all details I need to complete your order are received by Friday otherwise your order will have to get bumped to the next order period.

Once your order details have been finalized, you will receive an invoice through email for the amount owing. This invoice MUST be paid within 24hrs! If it is not paid within the 24hrs then your slot will be forfeited.
