Our first pedigreed litter of French Angoras was born about 5 days ago! Their rich color is just starting to come in. I’m super excited to see how this litter turns out.

This girl is RESERVED and will be hopping to Tucson in a couple weeks 😊.

This cuddle bug will be able to go to a new home in the next couple weeks! She’s a purebred French angora doe. She seems on the more petite side, but she has a lot of personality and may be the sweetest angora we’ve raised, which is saying something!

Lollipop’s babies will be available in just a couple weeks! There are five friendly bucks and three sweet does available. Half silver fox, half lionhead mix. Additional picture of each rabbit in comment section.

Two of the Lollipop’s sweet babies that will be available for adoption at the end of December. Both are bucks and look like little pandas, although one is fluffier than the other. Did I meantion bucks make the best pets??? 😉

We acquired a couple beautiful does in the past few months. The broken fawn is pedigreed and won Best of Breed at the Navajo County Fair this year.

Can you spot the imposter? Lollipop and her babies has fully accepted the angora singleton even though she’s a week older and, clearly a lot bigger than the others. 🥰

Being a singleton does have its perks. This baby gets even more loving from all of us. Last two pictures is baby’s full sibling, Jelly Bean (now over 5 months). This baby is the same exact color, so it should look like Jelly Bean when it’s older. (Gender yet to be determined, but baby will be available to a new home in about 6 weeks).

We had a tough morning a couple days ago when we found 3 of the 4 angora babies had fallen out of the nest overnight. I tried to warm them up, but it was too late to save them. I put the remaining kit with Lollipop’s kits for the day and for the past few days I’ve given Candy a couple of Lollipop’s babies to nurse alongside her one. They’ve all been doing great.

Unfortunately, losses like this sometimes happen, and we will continue to learn from this to hopefully prevent more losses like this in the future. (Picture here is the one lilac angora baby cuddling with Lollipop’s babies.)

Lollipop is such a good momma. 🥰 She had these 8 bouncy, wiggly, babies almost a week ago. Seven of these silver fox mixes are broken (spotted) pattern and one is black.

Cheerio went to his new home this past Saturday. His new mom is a middle school Ag teacher who spins. So happy he’ll be getting lots of attention and love from all those kids. 💕

I am suffering from baby rabbit withdrawals, so until we have another litter, I’ll post about this sweetie. She’s a chocolate silver fox we are calling Cocoa. This is an older picture from when we got her a couple months ago and she was stretching her legs in an outdoor pen. She’s absolutely gorgeous and has great silvering. She also has a wonderful personality and loves head scratches, so we are looking forward to seeing the kits she produces (hopefully) by the end of the year.

Honey Nut Cheerio (Cheerio for short), is a 15 week old chestnut French angora and is still looking for his forever home. He was shorn a couple weeks ago and his coat is coming in nicely (pictures before his hair cut included). He is doing well with litter box training and has been handled since birth. Videos of his sweet personality in the comments. He definitely takes after his dad.

Had to get pictures of this fluff ball before I shaved off all her baby coat. Jelly Bean is a lilac doe from Honey and Candy’s litter. She’ll be staying with us.

Update: Both have found new homes 🥰.

Two beautiful French angora bucks still 👀 for their forever 🏡. Just over three months old. Friendly and have been handled by children. Are currently housed together with no problem, but they will likely need to be separated or neutered and bonded if you want them to continue living together as bucks will fight when they reach sexual maturity. Can offer discount if you want both.

Update: She’s been rehomed to a friend! 🙂

This sweetie got returned to us a month ago for no fault of her own. There was a miscommunication between parents and grandparents (whoops!) so now she is looking for her new furever home. She is a total sweetheart and is always the first to greet us. She has so much personality I’d really love for her to go to a good home where she can be spoiled. Cherry, as we call her, is litter box trained and loves hanging out with her sister Bubble Gum and our cat Midnight. She is from Lollipop’s litter with Honey, so she is half lionhead mix, half French Angora, and is now 4 months old.

Surprised again! What I thought were albino REWs (Ruby-eyed reds) are actually Himalayan marked since they have black on their noses and tails. This means these babies have mixed breed genes in their background (likely on the doe’s side) and are not full-blooded silver fox since silver fox are not supposed to be Himalayan marked. While not what I wanted to see, it is still fascinating to learn more about each rabbit’s genetic background AND the babies are still extremely cute!

About a week and a half ago our silver fox doe, Blueberry, had her first litter of six. She surprised us with three REW (ruby-eyed white) babies alongside three blues. These babies are chunks and seem to be overachievers because they are already opening their eyes and cruising around.

Our French angora buck, Honey, enjoying some free time outside. His easygoing and sweet personality are definitely traits he’s passed down to his offspring. His coat is growing in nicely from being sheared about two months ago.
