A civil Defense rescuing team in Lebanon rescues a turtle stuck in a power plant cooling inlet. Lebanon has been suffering due to power outages and economic collapse but volunteers still find the courage to help. I have always been terrified of traveling because I had nobody to taking care of my dogs while I was away.

Leaving my dogs in a cage was not an option. The idea of someone chaining them or using a choke chain on them or abusing them would prevent me from enjoying any holiday.

I started the Bright Animals boarding program for those who care for their dogs like family members the way I do.

The boarding facility is one where dogs can really enjoy being dogs. Nobody to order them around.

Not only are the dogs under our care provided with the best food available on the market and brushed on a daily basis. As part of a family they received individual attention and care.

Since we do not have cages, I am also super selective when it comes to accepting dogs. Which means that on average 9 out of 10 dogs are refused. To help provide that perfect environment for your dog we do not take aggressive dogs or dogs with behavioral issues (Please check our website for more information about our rehab programs designed to help such dogs). We also limit the number of individual dogs we take at any one time.

The Bright Animals program is the only boarding service in the country where the dogs actually share the same room as the care provider taking care of them. Dogs are so happy here that most people send their dogs over for a holiday to give them happy play time with other dogs.

We treat your dog like family. No cages, no chains, no cruelty.

Training your dog and getting a positive response cannot be achieved without understanding calming signals. These are an essential part of any dog training course for a better relationship with your dog. This short training guide aims to help you understand what your dog is trying to tell you. Dogs are social and pack animals and just like with humans, communication helps them avoid conflicts. They hunt together and they protect their territory together. From an evolutionary point of view, a dog cannot afford to get hurt and he cannot afford to have his buddies get hurt. They will use these signs to try and tell you to bring things down a notch or two. Today we know of at least 30 calming signals and I want to show you how to read your dog in a better way by looking together at some of the most common ones.
