It is a sad day for us at Pitt & Baker Pets today as we learned of the sudden passing of Jake. He was beloved by his family and by us, we are truly heartbroken. Jake lived a long life, but was diagnosed with liver failure and unfortunately only lived 9 days after the diagnosis. We wish you a beautiful journey to doggy heaven where you'll make the best patrolman just like you were here, our friend. 🐾💙🌈
