We celebrated sweet Ailsa’s 4th birthday with a bonus hike on Friday! I guess she took me seriously when I said to invite most of her friends.. it was a packed puppy party with the tastiest yams thanks to her pawrents. Happy Birthday Ailsa Mae! Thanks for being an amazing sidekick since the beginning of Tailwags ❤️

This Friday is the Evansville Art Crawl! As usual, we will be open late to participate and we will be hosting two artists this year!
Shelley Bisch from Shelles Faires and jewelry designer, Julie King.
Stop in from 5:30-8pm and also be sure to check out all the other artists downtown including 6 musicians/bands performing! The event starts at Creekside where you can pick up a map with all the artists and musicians locations!

🚨 Low-Cost Public Spay & Neuter Appointment Openings! 🚨

We have several appointment openings Tuesday (5/7), Wednesday (5/8), and Monday (5/13)! Most of the openings are for cat appointments, but we do have a few dog appointment openings as well.

Here's some bullet points about the appointments:
- A cat spay/neuter is $85 (+tax).
- A dog spay/neuter is $160 (+tax).
- When you schedule an appointment, you will be charged $42.20 ($40+tax) for a cat appointment or $79.13 ($75+tax) for a dog appointment. This is a non-refundable deposit which will be deducted from the total bill during your appointment.
- All cats and dogs must have a current rabies vaccination or purchase the vaccination ($16+tax) that day.
- Each cat must come and leave in a separate carrier. Each dog must come and leave on a leash and collar (NOT a retractable leash).
- You may elect to add bloodwork panels or other testing options to your appointment.
- You may also elect to add additional vaccines such as FVRCP and DA2PP vaccines which are available for free thanks to Petco Love!

Meet Dasher! 🐾

It’s been a minute since we’ve had a well organized class photo for this pack. Seems like no better time to introduce this happy go lucky, white bundle of fluff! Dasher is one of our youngest pack members, and it has been so exciting to watch him grow like a bean and learn how to interact with everyone! He’s certainly a pack favorite by all with his friendly and patient demeanor 🦴

What can we say.. we provide the utmost level of excitement and enjoyment with our unleashed pack hikes 🙈💁🏼‍♀️

While my classmates from college are drafting professional emails to customers, coworkers, and management… I’m over hearing discussing red rockets, midday spritz’s, and the color/smell/shape of p**p with my clients. Never imagined it in a million years but I wouldn’t want it any other way 💩 🚀 🚽

Sal is excited for our seasonal bark bag! Everything has received the sniff test.. up next is the taste test!

Sal would like to note that there’s an odd number of beefy chew sticks and he definitely calls dibs on the extra one 🦴

We love our seasonal bark bags at Whiskers and Sniffs Pet Boutique for these reasons:

We partied so hard this past week with birthdays that we’re a little behind on posting!

Last Thursday was 3.14…. PI day!! But it was also Chaka’s 5th birthday 🥳 His pawrents we’re so creative with naming him that his middle name is actually Pi… Chaka Pi! We didn’t celebrate with pie.. but we did enjoy some tasty bacon strips 🥓 😋

We celebrated June girl’s 9th birthday with the pack yesterday!! She lost her sweet brother Tucker this winter and has definitely been adjusting since. But her mama has her spending as much time with the pack as possible to enjoy life, take in the sunshine, and be around the best friends anyone could ask for!
