Pockets is Going Home – Thanks to You! 🩷🐾

We are overjoyed to share that Pockets has made an incredible recovery from last night’s respiratory arrest and distress. Thanks to your immense generosity, his bill for the last 24 hours and the cost of his follow-up appointment next week are fully covered! 🙏

Because of you, Pockets is heading home today, where he will continue his healing journey. He is on four medications and will be closely monitored in the coming days. While the exact cause of his episode remains uncertain, feline asthma is a potential factor.

🌬️ What is Feline Asthma?
Feline asthma is a chronic inflammatory condition that affects a cat’s airways, leading to difficulty breathing. It can be triggered by allergens, stress, or infections. Treatment often includes medications like bronchodilators and steroids to manage inflammation and improve breathing.

We are so grateful for your support, which has given Pockets the chance to keep fighting and thriving. He’s a true warrior, and we couldn’t have done this without you. 💖

🚨 Urgent: Pockets Needs Your Help 🚨

Our sweet Pockets, a true fighter recovering from a coyote attack just five weeks ago, needs us now more than ever. His wounds have been healing remarkably well, but tonight, tragedy struck—Pockets suddenly stopped breathing. 💔

He has been rushed to Trinity Hills Pet Hospital, where their incredible team is working tirelessly to stabilize him. Right now, Pockets is unable to oxygenate properly, and the cause remains unknown. Tests, treatments, and 24-hour oxygen support are being done in an urgent attempt to save his life.

The estimated cost for the next 24 hours of care is $2000, and we can’t do this without you. Pockets has already endured so much and has come so far—he is an amazing fighter, and we believe in his strength. Let’s show him he’s not alone.
