Any chance we get to have our food come directly from nature to our plate, we take!

Super blurry picture of the kiddo because I was trying to be sneaky about it, but she's the most impressive part about dinner since she actually ate all of it, including an eye ball! Lol

Trout we caught today and pan fried in a cast iron skillet with a side of garden Mizuna and garlic scapes sauted in a little bacon grease.

Seriously, such good food coming out of our garden already!

We always want to provide the freshest products possible, so make sure to stop by tomorrow morning! Our bread will have been freshly baked and cooled moments before being placed on the shelf! We will also be adding some homemade tortillas this time around.

All of our products are items we love to make and eat at home, so it's taco night for our family! We seasoned up some chicken with garlic, cumin, and chili powder then topped it with lime and salt pickled red onions and sour cream.

I would love for this post to get some comments, so we want to know, what is YOUR favorite taco filling??

Our homemade breads are officially available at The Coop & Kitchen!! We will be restocking regularly. We utilize our own herbs and will be providing different types throughout the season. Since we haven't stopped hearing about our Rosemary bread samples, we included a couple of loaves for our first official batch! Thank you everyone for the awesome reviews!

Available now: White, Rosemary, Fancy, and Three Herbs. We also have croutons! (We haven’t been able to stop snacking on these since we made them)

Coming soon: Tortillas, Sweet breads,and Sourdough

There is also sooo many other really amazing food from local producers available for purchase, great people making great products! We always have way too many samples when we visit so we know from experience, these products are amazing. Stop in, buy some really delicious things, try a few samples, all the while knowing you are buying directly from your local and beautifully diverse community!
