BARCC 501c3 advocating and fundraising for a new animal shelter building for Campbell County, VA. We strongly support families spaying and neutering pets.

We are a 501c3 non-profit all-volunteer organization committed to helping raise funding and awareness for a new animal shelter in Campbell County, Virginia. We will be sharing information from other local animal rescue groups in hopes that we can help match animals to their forever families. While we understand there is a need for a new shelter, it all stems from wanting to rescue animals. We beli

eve in supporting our amazing Animal Control Officers and Friends of Campbell County Animal Control who focus on providing care to the animals currently being fostered or within the shelter. We also believe in sharing information from other wonderful local rescue groups. BARCC wants to celebrate existing, local groups and their work in advocating a better life for animals.
