This year we focused on growing mushrooms. We've inoculated about 10 different kinds into the landscape, either in logs, wood chips beds, or leaf mulch beds.
We also are growing tarragon oysters from woodchips, receipts, and old coffee grounds. Hopefully we'll be flush with mush in the years to come! Not to mention the ecological benefits it will bring to the farm.

Hello All!
This will be a place where I blog about my little suburban farm and also offer food grown here. I am just an individual, and not a business. I like to think of this as my "test farm" where I can try out and learn the principles of regenerative farming and permaculture. I will share lots of pictures, some updates, triumphs and challenges.
