We took Bailey on an 8k walk on the Yarrow Valley Loop. He was in his element in and out of the water, he’s got bags of energy. But I shouldn’t have listened to my ex-military husband when he said “let’s take a shortcut”! Getting up the very steep slippery embankment was hard enough but when it came to a dead end and we had to go back to the original route, going down the same slippery muddy wet embankment was a different matter. I think I slid 50 feet 😂
