DNA Cavies went to central coast regional show on Sunday the 4th may
I was very proud of our team and especially proud that my youngest son came with me

We are pretty happy with our results and loving having so many Dutch on the table, it's taken a long time to get them to where they are at but I'm very proud because most of the Dutch line is now DNA blood.

So DNA Cavies attended NSW cavy clubs show at Castle Hill on the 16th March
We are very proud of our Cavies that we took especially the fact that we had so many Dutch we took with us and the fact they are DNA Cavies bred

Please keep in mind we don't do this to win everything we do this for the pleasure and to us just seeing a DNA cavy on the table makes us very happy and proud.

What DNA Cavies future looks like for 2025
We have had a number of beautiful babies born this year. As most people know our passion is Dutch.
This year we have bred a number of good breeding Dutch and a many good showable Dutch as well, some of them are red Dutch, silver agouti Dutch and golden agouti Dutch.
We have also had the chance to gather some new blood for our lines and add another couple of colours as well.
We cannot wait to start putting our DNA Cavies line on the table in 2025. We are sure it's going to be a good year, not saying winning but just to be proud of our lines that go on the table this year.
Not just the ones we own and show but the number of good babies that went out this year to show homes, which at times makes us prouder than when we show ours.
Yes we finished a couple of our lines this year, but you never know what the future will bring weather they stay gone or make a come back to our stud we will see.
We also said goodbye to some of our older Cavies this year: clover-leaf summer storm, Kaz Blue Moon Silver Gum, Sweet Summer, Holly, Charming Goblin, Sathra Woodstock and more. There bloody still runs through our lines we always make sure we keep our lines running but also make sure they are not to close at the same time.
So a big thank you goes out to everyone we have meet along the way and guided us or even just got a baby off us.
In the new year there will be pictures going up of some of our young stock and some of the older ones as well.
So a big happy new year to everyone that we know/meet.

We have had a sad day here today
Our loving boy clover-leaf Summer Storm passed away today
He was showing a bit of age this week and got very slow this week and this morning we found him sleeping in bed still
He will be very missed and will always be loved
