This lovely lady is Princess, an approximately 3 year-old cat, who was left behind in an apartment after her "family" moved.

Thanks to Rachel McClintock for working with us to get Princess to Fix Ur Cat , where she was spayed yesterday, and has been fully vetted.

We are trying to find Princess a furever home, one where she will be adored, not abandoned.

The Continuing Adventures of 🥜 🧈 Resplendent in his new reflective collar - complete with his own name tag! - Peanut Butter continues his adventures with a return to his natural environment … our patio 😻 After mingling with our six for a couple of hours, PB sat watch over the yard and split his time between the shade and the garage. I’m sure that some folks will read this, view the video, and think “How could you just throw him back outside like that?!” Although we didn’t trap Peanut Butter, we did the second part of T-n-R: Release. In this case, we are keeping him close to us until we can find him that all important furever home. See, we chose to bring him inside for a few days so that he could properly heal from The Procedure ✂️ Over the past 48 hours, we’ve allowed PB to socialize with our cats so that we can tell prospective adopters how he interacts with other felines. But Peanut Butter is not OUR cat; even as we continue to foster him, he’ll remain where we found him, outside. He has food, shelter, and a litter box that he’s able & willing to use. If the cold, cold weather arrives and we still haven’t found him that furever home, we’ll bring him inside 🥰 As we’ve mentioned before, the most difficult part of rescue for us is the saying “no”. It’s like being a parent. But hoarding situations begin because rescuers, those with the best of intentions, simply can’t say “no”. We can because we have to. We have to because it’s not fair to our six, and it will only create more work for us. Now if you’re very concerned about Peanut Butter’s well being, please reach out to us to begin the adoption process because that’s something that could directly help him. Thank you for sharing.

The Continuing Adventures of 🥜 🧈 So we unleashed the little one yesterday to mix, mingle & socialize with our brood. Peanut Butter enjoyed his five minutes outside of his cell and interacted positively with our crew. Why we whisper

We decided to become involved in cat rescue for one reason: We enjoy helping others.

What started as us caring for a couple strays that loitered around our house and progressed to us forming a business that will carry us into the next stage of our lives, The Cat Whisperers is an organization that works our best to connect cat people.

Because we are not a “brick & mortar” operation, we don’t have space to bring in every feline who needs our help. We foster as we have space available, and volunteer where needed. We’ve had two hugely successful fundraisers over the past 12 months, and we’re looking to conduct two more before the end of 2019.
