Merchandise Organization: Help manage and organize our merchandise to support fundraising efforts.

Events: Help set up and take down at events, making sure everything runs smoothly.
Remote Opportunities: Various tasks that can be done from home to support our mission.

Every role is vital in helping us save these wonderful dogs and give them a second chance at a happy life. Your time and effort can make a world of difference.

We have a large amount of French Bulldogs up for adoption, many of them are not ready to leave right now with waiting for their vetting to be complete.

Orbit has her vetting all finished, she is gorgeous, she is sweet, she gets along with all people and all dogs. She was adopted and returned after 3 days through no fault of her own and we aren't going to focus son that, instead I need the village to focus on the share button. I will include the link to our available dogs page instead so people can see all of our rescues, please remember you don't have to wait until their status says "available now" many of our dogs are spoken for long before they have finished their vetting. This girl right here has no wait and could leave asap if we find her a family.

Did you know that there is now “Bark Air”. It’s an airline that you can only fly on with a dog. They only seem to have a couple of routes thus far….London, LA & NY. Seats are a little pricy 💰🤑. Interested to see if the prices go down as it catches on and they add more routes. A one way fight from LA to NY @ $6000 is a little out of my price range. 😝💰🤑

Esmeralda was dumped and left to die in a field in Texas just a few months ago. She was found and taken to Roaddogs Rescue.

This literally made me cry! 😭
For 6 years she was kept in a crate and used to breed! She didn’t have a chance to experience a good life! 🤬STOP SUPPORTING PUPPY MILLS!! DO YOUR RESEARCH and use an ethical breeder or Rescue !!

I will close the night a little early with a gut punch we all got to experience here at Dog Ranch Rescue today.

Yesterday Align began with small focal seizures, she did not seem to feel well as she wanted no food, Align is an eater so this was a problem. Align also came to us from the mill with a head tilt, we already know there was some problem and had her appointment made to see dermatology to look for perhaps an inner ear infection.

Her seizures worsened in the day yesterday and Wes loaded her up and took her to the ER. Mid-day today they told us that Align did not do very well overnight. She continued to have the tremors/seizures even with injectable Keppra. They ended up needing to put her on a diazepam constant rate infusion plus propofol to control them. Also concerning is that her temp was spiking and holding around/above 105 which is very high, and they had a very hard time getting it to go down at all. She also has no white blood cells, which complicates things. They were adding antibiotics in case this is an infectious issue, but can’t rule out distemper, meningitis, brain tumor, etc.

As the day progressed things got worse and not better, her bloodwork was just terrible, Dr. Reno took a look at everything and she said she is not making any bone marrow or something is attacking it, they cannot control her temp without basically keeping her anesthetized. We all discussed it and we just don't see a path forward, it seems fairly obvious that this girl has an issue in her brain that she came to us with showing a head tilt. It always surprises us when they seem to be fine and then boom they are not, quite frankly it reminds me of how I lost Mooie.

We will not prolong her suffering with her instability and not seeing a clearcut path forward. Dr. Reno said it's best to ease her pain now rather than prolong it. 6 years living in a mill, she gets her freedom and then this happens. We hate it, I hate it, it makes me sad and it makes me mad. Terrie Barnes volunteered to go over to the ER and give her lots of love and say goodbye which is very sweet of her.

Sorry sweet girl, you just didn't get a chance.

A French bulldog cannot be out in this heat for more than a few minutes. I know 2 people who lost their fur babies last year to heat stroke! One had only been left in the yard for 10 min!!PLEASE take caution in the summer heat and know the warning signs of heat stroke in French bulldogs 🙏🏻
