Stars Hollow's Fancy, my fuzzy project 🤣 really I just fell in love with her and was lucky she didn't have a horrible adult coat. My girl has a body like a brick house under that fluff, she can hold her own judged on type with any Holland Lop here and maybe quite a few elsewhere 😉

Question. Does anyone know someone personally that can re-work our logo? The person who did this one originally no longer does them.The only thing we need changed is removing the Jersey Wooly (no longer have them) and replace it with a sable point Holland Lop. I don't want to post on one of the public pages due to scammers.* looking for names of people that did work for you and your happy with the result, and examples of the end results. Especially experience with Rabbitry logos.

Eight Points My Heart's Desire ♥️ It's a little sad that she's the last PW we have from Bradley (or will ever have). We never set out to breed PW, but we use them in our shaded project. She's proven to be pretty valuable, we've kept 4 of her daughters, a PW, a blue point, and 2 sable points. She's also raising her singleton and fostering 2, she's always been a excellent mother and foster mom. She's sweet and docile, and her kits get a lot of that from her. I resisted adding PW or REW to the project, because quality is hard to find, but we really wanted to see if we could get cleaner coats, sometimes we just need to be optimistic and take a leap 🤣

💔 This is a hard one to post but SO important, more so than ever with Easter approaching.
A hutch is NOT enough and we urge you to do thorough research before taking on a Rabbit. 🐰
They are a 10 year+ commitment and also come with very costly vet bills.
Rabbits are usually happiest when they are in bonded pairs and its also worth remembering they are actually prey animals so can be easily frightened! Especially by loud noises and often prefer NOT to be held at all 💚

After a couple of long, hard days and sleepless nights, just taking a few minutes to watch, talk to, and play with a few babies just springing out of the nest box (my favorite time) soothes my mind, at least for a little while 🥰 bunnies are therapeutic when they aren't breaking your heart (and bank account).

Why do we give our rabbits hay? Controversy as old as the hobby itself. Helps with natural instincts to chew constantly (because their teeth never stop growing). Helps their digestive systems which are extremely sensitive and cannot pass gas, and can get wool/fur block due to cleaning themselves like cats (without the ability to spit out hairballs) and molting. Helps kits from getting mushy p**p stuck on their bottoms which cause more problems, often a rabbit off feed or ill will eat hay before pellets...most of all they ❤️ it!

Our opinion is our own, you do you, we'll do us, but next time you reach for your favorite snack, think about NEVER getting to have it again. Why? Too expensive? Give up something else. Too messy? Isn't everything, that's why we clean our houses, vehicles, yards....wasteful? OK, keep track of all the groceries and other things you waste, our landfills aren't full for no reason. All our rabbit waste (p**p, hay, wooden litter pellets, paper/ straw nest box material)go into compost, which is the best garden material we use for growing more vegetables, Herbs and fruit for them and us! Just our thoughts 😏

This doesn't happen often *(Sumrah and Faith share the same aversions to parting with rabbits) BUT Blue Tree Rabbitry or Diana Strauss Rehman has a Belgium Hare jr buck that would love a companionship role. Most likely exceptionally sweet and outgoing, would make a impressive showmanship rabbit (wow the judges by having great knowledge about your rare breed, one not seen often in youth). Trust me, he'll be the most gorgeous red haired boy they've ever seen 😉 located in Ozaukee County.

***added bonus, I'm extremely impressed by how clean this breed is and easy to care for coat.They are quite feline like, unlike our Holland Lops that resemble cute puppies but are messy with coats that molt excessively. I would say anyone interested in rabbit hopping or agility competition would enjoy this breed, smart, athletic, sleek and easily treat motivated 😉

Checking out Samuel x Davina litter, and find interesting the various "shades" among the shaded. Will they be smutty to clean sable points, or something else? Only time will tell. Each of the 4 current shaded project litters came with 1st experiences, which is what this hobby and color projects are all about. Continuous learning, never a dull moment weather your new, 8 years in, or 20+ years experience. I can't count the number of times I've heard "that's a 1st" 🤣
