A ban on the sale and supply of single-use vapes in Scotland is due to come into effect on 1 April 2025, under proposed legislation published yesterday.

The move takes forward the recommendation to ban single use vapes from a consultation on ‘Creating a Smokefree Generation and Tackling Youth Vaping’, which ran across Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland last year.

Goood morning everyone! What an awful day it is buuut it’s a very special day for me as it’s officially 1 year today I walked my first pooch for walk in the park🐾 with the help of my son and his besty Ariana🩷 I will always be forever grateful to all the dogs and there owners for making my little business possible and successful so far🙈 I still can’t quite believe it! It’s a lot of hard work as I don’t have my license yet so I do everything on feet and I’m also still a carer and a full time single mummy to the most amazing little boy but I also know the hard work is paying off and I’ll be on the road soon and be able to broaden my business horizons…well that’s the idea 😂 thank you so so much to my followers and to anyone that shared my posts for me or even liked and commented on my lovely packs photos it means a lot! Hopefully there’s many more years so come!

Information on XL bullies

The Scottish Government's first step of a two-stage approach to new legal safeguards on XL bully dogs will come into force on 23 February subject to parliamentary approval.

From 23 February, anyone who owns an XL bully type dog in Scotland must ensure they are muzzled and on a lead at all times when in public, including in a car. From this date, it will be an offence to breed, sell, exchange, offer as a gift, advertise, abandon or allow an XL bully dog to stray.

From 1 August it will be illegal to own an XL bully type dog in Scotland without an exemption certificate or having applied for an exemption certificate to own that dog.

We have muzzles in stock and will have information on muzzle training to give to customers

Well that went a heck of a lot better than expected🙈 huge thank you to my sister for taking time out of her day to meet me with king whilst I was with Mabel🩵🩷 this 2 gorgeous dogs are now part of the team and I thought it would be a good idea to get them to meet so I can start group walks with them since they live very close. They hit it off🐶Mabel was a slight sassy pants to start with but soon warmed to him but reminded him a few times she was boss which he didn’t seem to mind too much 😂 he just wanted to be loved by her bless him 😍

Hi wondered if you would be able to share this. Young cocker spaniel gone missing from aberchirder just so we can have people on the look out if theyre passing through. Any sightings would be helpful. she is wearing a collar with contact details if caught but please do not shout or chase. if anyone local with a drone is available to help would be great. Thank You.

So super sad to be walking these 2 boys for the last time this month 😢 their dad is off busy season at the end of this week and will no longer need my services! It’s been a pleasure boys untill next time 🐶🩵🐾
Here at walk in the park it doesn’t have to be a permanent basis you require me for, it could be while your on holiday, maybe your busy at work some months more than others, you might have an app that day that’s further away or maybe a day out😀….
