What do you think of the latest addition to the main aviary... A cave?! :P
For the last 3 years it was just a pile of branches where the quail like to hide when feeling threatened. Now its not only more natural looking... it's much more comfortable for the birds.

Have you ever heard the myth that there's no such thing as baby pigeons??
It's because they grow so fast!
Here are the 3 babies I brought in to hand raise just 2 weeks ago... Almost all their feathers in and starting to learn how to fly already!
Happy to see the feather feet gene reasserting itself with F3 generation. 😍
