Hays Happy Paws Service Since 2012, I have ran my own general pet care business. I care for mainly dogs and cats. I have also cared for horses, cows, donkeys, chickens, and pigs.

I am looking to expand my business within 20 minutes of the Andover area. My love for pets, all started thanks to my mother who was bored one evening, and researching for Labrador puppies on the internet as I had lost two yellow labs prior at different times at a very young age. She came across a litter of 2 week old labs that lived 20 minutes away from us. The very next day, November 7th, 2010, I

met this litter of 6 adorable two week old full bred Labrador puppies. They just had begun opening their eyes. After an hour of spending time with these little creatures, I knew exactly which pup I wanted! I kept in contact with the breeder nearly everyday and visited every Sunday until they were 8 weeks old. The day after Christmas in 2010, I could hardly contain my excitement. It was the day my life changed forever! I was finally about to bring home my new best friend, Holly. A year later, my mom had told me a friend is getting transferred out of state and had already bought a pup who had just been born from a breeder in northern Kansas. They were unable to take the puppy, so I had the privilege of picking out the cutest little bundle of joy, online when this litter was 4 weeks old. I didn't know I was about to bring home my second best friend. (My mom thought this pup was just going to be a "foster" pup. She is crazy!) January 22nd, 2012, My mom, Holly, and myself went to Topeka to pick up my second best friend, Gracie. Holly fell in love with Gracie before I could even get to her. It was like love at first sight! Holly and Gracie were inseparable from that day forward. My life was complete! I began loving dogs so much that I started caring for dogs when some of my friends would go out of town on vacation. It eventually led to word of mouth and word got out that I was wonderful with dogs and a very trustworthy person to have in ones house, caring for their best friends. So, years later, here I am, still caring for not only dogs, but other pets, and looking to expand my business.

Just continuing saving/rescuing more lives! Rugar was tied up to a 6 foot lead connected to a tree, most of his 2 years of life. Long story short, I found him a furever home with 40 acres containing chickens, cattle, etc. He can go inside and outside and simply whatever Rugar wants to do. He will have his shots, gain some weight, and will become a healthy and even more beautiful dog than he already is. He’s about to live his best life! ❤️ 🐾

Penny is SO sweet! She is starting to show her personality and just how much she loves people! She is quickly becoming attached to Dakota Kidd and I but more so Kidd because he sees her more often. She just wants someone to love her and give her attention, then she will be your best friend forever, guaranteed!
I don’t think she is good with other dogs. It could also just take some time to adapt. Please share!

This poor pup was dumped. He made his home at an older couples house. He doesn't mess with their chickens And doesn't mess with their other dog. They have a young great granddaughter who loves this dog and he's great with her. However he started growling at the nurses when they approach the home to go inside.... I think he belongs on the farm and is meant to protect. Does anyone want or know of anyone who is looking for an outdoor dog? He’s approximately 2 years old. Please share. I need to know soon, or he will be going to the shelter until he goes to a foster home. I really don’t want that to happen.

These dogs are something else. They LIVE for affection. The one on the right, Deuce, drives me crazy. He decided to escape from the yard to take a nice stroll around the neighborhood to say hey, to kids outside playing on this beautiful day. Where was Raven?
