Lovely review from a client .Our dog Kiwi is a 3 year old Romanian street dog and we have contacted Tracie because Kiwi is dog reactive and can at times be nervous outside. It has been a rollercoaster owning a street dog and we really wanted to find someone with relevant experience. We have had an initial call and Tracie spent the time to really listen to our requirements, put us at ease about going on holiday and talked through her vast experience in dog training and dog behaviour. When she came over to look after Kiwi for 10 days she really took the time and care to do a ‘handover’ - went on walks with us, observed Kiwis routine and behaviour before we set off on holiday. She was great at sending updates everyday with pictures and details on how the day went. Tracie has a lot of experience working with sensitive dogs and was implementing additional training during her walks with Kiwi, this made me feel even more relaxed because I knew Kiwi was in safe hands. Tracie was happy to even meet up with our dog trainer to run through the work that she was doing to ensure that the training was consistent going forward. Kiwi had great time with Tracie and didn’t cry when Tracie left - which is a great sign for us as it usually means that the dog sitter respected Kiwis boundaries. Tracie left the house clean and tidy and we came back to one happy pup.
