Little Man, a 10-year-old neutered male DSH, is currently seeking a new forever home after being relinquished to one of our technicians. He had shared a remarkable nine-year bond with his previous owner, who unfortunately encountered challenges in providing adequate care, resulting in the decision to find him a more suitable environment. It is crucial to disclose that the original owner experienced difficulties in maintaining the cleanliness of the litter boxes, potentially leading to Little Man's occasional urination in inappropriate areas. As he has previously cohabited with other cats and dogs, it is recommended that Little Man be placed in a single or one-animal household to alleviate stress. Recent comprehensive bloodwork results indicate that Little Man is in excellent health, although a dental procedure will be necessary in the near future. We are disappointed to announce that we will no longer be open Saturdays after August 3rd. Here at Valencia Animal Hospital we understand that this is unwelcome news. Unforeseen circumstances have risen that make being open on Saturdays currently impossible. It is our hope sometime in the future that we will be able to bring them back for good. Everyone was so excited to see Dexter when he came in for his annual exam!!! This included a physical exam, tug of war and lots of snacks and snuggles🥰❤️ Doctors orders!

In honor of National Vet Tech week, we wanted to show our appreciation for the extraordinary individuals that make VAH the amazing hospital that it is! We are truly grateful for these outstanding technicians, assistants and receptionists!!! Each team member is critical to the day-to-day function of our veterinary practice, and they all play vital roles in preserving our patient’s health and welfare. Thank you so much for all that you do VAH staff!

Smokey has been a frequent visitor the past few days because he thought it might be fun to swallow a rope toy😬 He soon found out that it wasnt very fun at all😭 But Dr. Varilek came to the rescue and that rope toy is long gone now🙌❤ Im so glad that Smokey is already starting to feel better! See you in a few weeks for your recheck sweet boy!
