On our way to AKC Nationals our last show of the year

This year has been amazing and the worst !!

We have learned so much and have done ☑️ over 500 custom leashes. That’s insane!!!

Remember this Holiday season to be Kind

I can’t tell you how many very mean emails we have gotten this week. It throws me off my game … we bend over backwards to deliver for everyone . Please remember we are a small business.

We ship what you order
We make what you order
We work long hours especially lately until 1 am.
Remember we do our very best to always deliver .
We do our best to get everything out in a timely manner.

A special reminder we are a print on demand shop. We don’t carry inventory. We print what you order. We are not responsible if you order the wrong size. We do this so we can offer you any color option and style you want. We don’t accept returns bc we don’t hold inventory.

Leashes we have 8 week processing time.This mean it can take up to 8 weeks for me to get in touch with you to start talking about your leash.
I made over 500 leashes this year. I’m one person that has two hands. Please know I’m always trying to get your items to you as fast as I can. I put in long nights to deliver this and when I’m behind I lose sleep bc of it. I don’t like to be behind but it happens.

Please remember we are not a factory and have 100 employees. Just my husband and I , we working very hard to get everything to you as fast as we can.

Please be kind and shop small for this holiday. Small businesses count on holiday season to get thru the quiet months.
