We have just hit our 30 year milestone of living, working, training and selectively breeding Rhodesian Ridgebacks. After many years abroad in the US and Australia, we returned back to the UK in 2017 and have based ourselves on the Shropshire/Welsh border, about 20 minutes from Ludlow and 40 minutes from Hereford. All of our current dogs are Kennel Clu

b Registered within the UK. Good health and exceptional temperament are of paramount importance to us and each dog within our family has been health tested and cleared for eyes, heart and thyroid. Our current breeding pair have been cleared for hip and elbow dysplasia, degenerative myelopathy (DM) and juvenile myoclonic epilepsy (JME). Puppies are raised within a home environment and therefore have the full experience of household sounds, sights and smells, in addition to being socialised with people of all ages. At the 7 week mark they are vet health checked, microchipped, and given their first vaccination. We provide four weeks insurance to every puppy that leaves our care, food for the first few days, and a piece of bedding with scents of the mother and litter mates in order to assist them in quickly settling into their new surroundings within your household. We try our utmost to match each pup with their prospective owners lifestyle so please understand that we will be asking many questions once an initial enquiry is made. Our primary goal is to ensure that each and every puppy we have the pleasure of caring for is going to an equally loving new home. First off, HEMI is huge. That's him dwarfing his brother in one photo. 😳

He travelled well for the three hour road trip home and was greeted on arrival by mum TACOMA. Once she accepted him a re-introduction to the rest of the pack took place and from there, thankfully, an uneventful night.

Other than a few scabbed over battle wounds on his back end that I discovered he seems to be fit and healthy. Vet appointment this afternoon to confirm 👍

I'll be monitoring him over the coming days to make sure all is in order personality-wise so we can fit him into a new home where he will be happy. 🥰

I will be collecting him on Wednesday... this photo is a month old, current owners have not provided me with new photographs but once he is safely in my care I will post updated ones.

PLEASE tap your resources and help us find him a new, loving home. He is Kennel Club registered and fully up to date on vaccinations, microchip etc.

My priority is this boy, he will have a full vet check this week and ideally I would love to place him with a new family ASAP so as not to disrupt and confuse him any further.

Through absolutely no fault of her own but more the bad luck of circumstances, TWO FAMILIES in the space of ten days have rejected this young lady.

Somebody somewhere must be able to take on this girl who, from the way she's maturing, will be the spitting image of her mother.

She has an impeccable ridge, the most gorgeous little character and is just an absolute delight.

Vet check all clear, microchipped and first vaccination, she's literally ready to leave for a new home right this minute 🩷

First pup of the litter to break away and claim independence is ROLLO, who left us a little after 5am for an early morning truck ride to his final destination. 🧡

Thrilled to announce this handsome boy will be holidaying each year in France with a lovely couple and their two children. We'll be crash coursing his international barking techniques this week so he doesn't stand out too much as a tourist 🇫🇷

Curious GEORGE was all happy and running around the Vet practice this afternoon getting his nose into everything because he was last in line.... and then it was his turn on the table.
Even though he was a brave boy we returned home and he was pacing, there was shaking and shivering, whining, and he just wouldn't settle back in with his siblings.
After much love and cuddles on the couch he eventually got back to sorts and opted for a towel and a quiet corner 💚
