Officer Stephanie Northcutt of the South Bend Police Department rescued, and then adopted, a dog that she found with his snout zip-tied shut. The pup is now doing well.

Crystal went home on Saturday! She and 4 other dogs were adopted at the Saturday Adoption event at the Ukiah Shelter!

Beautiful DOGO girl - 3 years old. Crystal is ​smart and very sweet. She walks ​well on the leash and is curious of the world around her. She has been building confidence while at the shelter​ having left her baby​- making days behind her​. She participates in play dates with other larger dogs at the shelter and ​has engaged very well. Crystal waits quietly in her kennel waiting to make new human friends and helps to get leashed up so she can head past the kennel door to explore the world around her. A volunteer stated that she took Crystal jogging and she was quiet and respectful. You won't hear a lot of barking from this girl. This girl has her bags packed and waiting for a foster or adopter to take her out so she can continue to explore and learn.
