I know it is two days away but it is just too precious and forgotten! As a Christian owned organization a lot of hope goes around in our rescue that any animal that we have seen pass can one day be in heaven with us. Only the Lord knows but he does say he cares about even the sparrows does he not?

Look who is finally up for adoption! Winter is a 7 year old (believed to be male) cockatiel. He came to us from another place we have partnered with gave him to us. He spent his life in a tiny cage with just a mirror. Now that he has been with us, he has been more trusting, rarely ever bites, and loves to be outside of the cage and on hands. Then there is Icee who is five years old, he used to be tame and is slowly getting there! He loves to fly outside the cage and will occasionally let you touch him. These two are amazing and we hope you consider adopting!

Hi everyone! Our rescue has lots of birds with us and even more coming soon. As many of you know F.S.A.R. specializes in parrots and we have been looking to liven up their space! If anyone has or knows of someone willing to donate a parrot stand that all sizes of birds can play on that would be amazing! Thank you all.

Albie and Arlo are ready to go home! We now know they are special needs and will need to go to a home that will help them with their GI issues. They have a prescription that will be sent home with them. They have to be the sweetest kittens ever! They love snuggles and kisses. They are both boys and are in our rescue in Saint Charles!

Hi everyone! Kijani the disabled lovebird is finally available, we have since learned more about his(not sure of gender) special needs and what his future will need to look like. Kijani is 6 months old and the sweetest lovebird I have ever met. He loves to give kisses, cuddle, and eat everything. He has an inverted leg which is not treatable and a scissor beak which will need to be trimmed on schedule. We have been told that it is possible another vet could get it to a point where it could be fixed permanently but for now we take him to our local bird store. Please send a message if you are interested!
