Suki Training Day

Suki had the best time yesterday at her training day! She has just started small sequences and we worked on drive, blinds, wing wraps, tunnel discrimination and more. She is such a super little girl 🥰

Zoey trying Hoopers

Over Christmas, Zoey gave me a bit of a scare and twinged her back. She has always had some issues with her back, but I’ve always been able to keep on top of it with regular physio. I decided to retire her from agility in January. At almost 11, she still wants to work but it’s not fair to put her body through agility anymore. Heartbreaking for me but we achieved a lot together over her agility career, including finishing 5th in a Champ final at age 9. We have decided to try hoopers instead! As you can see she is still fit and loves to work. Safe to say she absolutely loved it and I have found a new sport for her. We’ll do this sport as long as she’s happy to do it 🥰

The boy had so much fun on this course running morning with Dave Munnings. His braincell worked super hard and he did some really cool stuff 😎🤩

Vibe has been such a good boy in the last few weeks. He’s been busy with training days and starting to work at shows. He’s got super focus in the ring and is trying really hard. Need to nail down our weaves & teach a seesaw to start doing agility runs in the ring. Love this little wild boy 🖤

Nora was such a superstar girl on her training day today with Dan. Her skills are really coming on and she is looking so good 😍 I have just changed her Aframe to running so still a WIP!

Vibe had his first show this weekend!! I am so incredibly proud of him, all I wanted from him was confidence, focus, waits and to practice his running contacts in the agility run. He gave me this clear run in the anysize jumping class… and WON IT!! 16 months old and he is such a talented and honest boy 🥰

We had our first agility competition of the new year today and the first one in a few months. As per usual, Zoe gave me this foot perfect run. She is such a super star girl ⭐️

Vibe’s first go at shaping a back foot target. He is used to targeting both his front and rear feet for his stacked photos, but we’ve never worked on isolating his rear feet. He is such a clever little dude 🤩

So very proud of Zoe today. We had our first ever Champ agility classes. My goal was to get to the final - she smashed that and came 6th in the final! So proud, she was against some fast and talented dogs so this a great achievement for her. So proud of my little superstar girly 🤩

Speeeeeeed 💨 Nora won this class a few weeks ago 🤩 She saved me on that last bit, forgot to get in the right place 🙈

Zoe’s winning jumping run today! Strike 2 to Grade 7!!! She was the only grade 6 dog to get around the course 😊

One of Nora’s runs over the weekend. She decided knocking polls was her thing 🤷🏼‍♀️ Still, she was super focused, dealt really well with the packed, chaotic environment and felt really good. Plus she was the fastest dog (by 3+ seconds) for a few of her classes. Her wins are coming soon🤞🏻
