Log:
One week in, fry are growing quickly and eating well. Tank stays at 78-82°f, Hikari First Bites and frozen bbs for food.

Hoping for black orchids from this spawn, but really interested to see what comes up.
In the red/blue grizzle spawn, there were lots of opaque. In really curious what the recessives might be in this match.

Very "bossy" girl, removed from sorority for being a homicidal lunatic. Was bred to Pika after a stent in solitary, and has returned peacefully to sorority life since. 💜

Hello! Thank you for joining my Betta adventure!
I'm a small hobby breeder, mostly interested in putting together an easily understandable genotype map of the Betta color spectrum. Genetics is a puzzle I dove into beginning with outdoor rabbits. Bettas, being rainbow water puppies, seemed a great indoor way to explore this puzzle 💜 I'm excited to share my research and Betta breeding journey with you!
