UPDATE: We have a better understanding of what happened. We corrected the post.
🚨🚨🚨🚨 We are looking for a rescue or shelter that can take these 10 shepherd mix pups (10 weeks old and approx 12 lbs)! The momma was found in August at Basin Homes dog park in Moses Lake. They took her home because it appeared that she was abandoned 8/18/24. On August 24 she had 10 puppies. They have been trying for weeks to find someone to take the puppies. So now we need to help them as these 10 puppies are too big for her to keep at her place. Let’s us know if you can help… we can split the litter! They’re located in Moses Lake, but to save their lives we will transport. Let’s help the situation this family is in to no fault of their own!

Is there anyone in Grant County or a bordering county that has a nursing momma with 3 week old kittens or younger. We have 2 tinies (2-2.5 weeks old) left out of 3 that would do so much better with a momma. We just got the incubator out of storage and have the remaining 2 inside at 90 degrees with a humidifier. It will work but there’s nothing like the nurturing and milk from a mom. We have left a message with Busters Rescues.

Just an update on our four parvo puppies….
One week after the last two were hospitalized, nothing short of a miracle. Theses tiny puppies are doing great! We have a few more days before we can repeat their tests, but they are all doing amazing!

New Critters & Co. Pet Center and Rescue has agreed to take this little guy. He’s catching a ride Sunday morning.

We are looking for a temporary foster for this beautiful little boy… until we can get him neutered. He’s a purebred 2.5 year old male liver nose sh*tzu.

You may remember Suzie, she was the little girl found by kind humans, it is assumed she was hit by a car. She thankfully only suffered some minor injuries, including broken teeth. She has been loved back to health in her foster home, has had a complete dental and has been spayed. This little girl is about 8 # and as sweet as they come. She is estimated to be around 3 years old. She would be the perfect companion for an older household. She loves to lay in your lap and be carried around. She is now ready to find her perfect home! New Critters & Co. Pet Center and Rescue have graciously agreed to take this pregnant momma currently being held with Jen Beck Beck 'n Call Pet Care. Thanks for stepping up to foster her Emily Mydynski Wood! Fosters are the best! They’ve also agreed to take our 3 little 5 week old pups that were rescued from a life outside in this horrible cold weather! Thanks Deb for all that you do for the pets in Grant County!

It’s absolutely puppy season! We are once again reaching out for fosters for these two puppies. They have been in foster for almost 2 weeks but the foster is leaving out of town. They’re approx 10 weeks old, both males and the foster says that they’re the best pups ever! They’re being posted tomorrow for adoption.

Lil’ Sarge and Fauna - whether a gray male or gray female appeal to you, we’ve got you covered!

Lil’ Sarge is 9.5 weeks old. He came into foster care at 2 weeks old and has zero idea he’s a cat. In fact, his foster thinks he may actually be a human (or a parrot, because he loves to perch on shoulders!) Sarge is good with kids and dogs and is totally immune to a loud home. He’d sleep through WW3 and then come looking for snuggles when the dust had all settled.

Fauna is a 9 week old Dilute Tortoiseshell with stunning green eyes. She was recently sprung from kitty jail. This fugitive is hiding out at her fosters home and you have never seen a happier kitty running around and enjoying their freedom! She knows what it’s like to serve time, and she’s looking for a family to keep her on the straight and narrow and love her forever!

Both kitties are available for adoption now!

We are feeling so grateful for our partner rescues who share. We made a run down to Mikey's Chance Canine Rescue to pickup some donated dog food today. We will be sharing their generosity with Quincy WA Animal Shelter, Non-Profit Rescue Page of Lost and Found Pets of Grant County, Wa., and Beck 'n Call Pet Care for their rescues. We also made contact with someone who had a stroller listed on Facebook marketplace, when we told her we were with a rescue, she decided to donate it! Days like today are long but so very rewarding. Cannot thank all the donors enough for supporting our mission. 💜🐾💜

Our goodest Megaesophagus girl, Shadow has some big news! She made the big decision today to become a big sister and welcomed Dawson (also with Megaesophagus) from Tri City Animal Control as her new foster brother. 😍🩵🐾 THANK YOU SHADOW!

Unfortunately for Shadow, she didn’t read the fine print of the contract and tonight at dinner time she was appalled to see her foster dad reach for her precious canned Pedigree dog food to mix Dawson up a milkshake as well. 🙈

Due to the sudden increase in puppy milkshakes, Shadow is desperately seeking donations of canned pedigree dog food. She is not particular and it all goes in a blender anyway so chopped or cuts in gravy of any flavor is perfect for her. She promises to continue to share her favorite food with her baby brother Dawson. Local donations can be dropped off at Paws Natural Pet Emporium or the Kennewick Petsmart. The last of our 4 puppies is on his way back to Ephrata from Cascade Vets in Wenatchee. They’ve all survived and now healing from the parvo virus. The amazing new monoclonal antibodies is such a blessing and the vets that offer that choice are top vets in our humble opinion!
We are still hoping for donations to help cover the very expensive cost to save them. Big shout outs to Mary N , Erin E, Lisa O, Trissa B, Dawn A, Sassy MW, as your contributions are being directly applied to the Cascade Vet bill. Thank you for supporting these innocent puppies.
