The boys turned 9 weeks old on Wednesday and now on their last week with us 😭

They’ve had a super busy week of health checks, bedtime acclimating and enjoying the Christmas period.

Pumpkin wishing everyone a very lovely day as the final preparations for the big day are in full swing.

Christmas can be a difficult time for some and we’ve certainly felt it this year.

I just wanted to take a moment to give everyone who needs it a little hug, a moment of thought and a mental note to say “please reach out if ever you need to” our inbox is always open for hellos and chit chat if ever it’s needed, it’s good to talk…..keep going, you’re doing amazing!

Because all I want for Christmas…….. is you!

Happy 7 weeks to our gorgeous boys, they all posed so beautifully so I snapped away and shed some tears.

3 more weeks with us, I wish I could pause the time, seeing all the girls just loving the boys so much always melts my heart.

Hickory, Pumpkin & Brackens 1 week memory photos.

Growing far too quickly and doing so well in achieving all their expected milestones, so proud of you boys!

Mummy Blossom is being such a wonderful Mummy to these boys and recovering really well now following her surgery, endless cuddles for this special one.

Certainly an emotional time knowing this is Blossoms last litter so we’re definitely gonna burst the memory bank with these boys.

Breeders fondest memory: Building a special relationship with Mr forget Me Nots lovely Mummy before he was even born. He had a huge hole to fill in his parents hearts and I knew it was going to be a special relationship from then on 💙🥹

Breeders fondest memory: The moment I heard Mr Periwinkle was going to live with his brother Finlay 💜💙

With committed parents understanding the importance of preventing unwanted behaviours in two same age puppies, some studying material, a good training school and lots of hard work, commitment, a box of tissues and prevention, prevention, prevention of problems arising in the future, it’s definitely been a success and embeds my personal belief that litter mate syndrome is actually nothing more than a myth label simply given for unwanted behaviours.

Please note the words “my belief”

It’s super easy for unwanted and problematic behaviours to be given a label, this label of litter mate syndrome has very few actual studies that confirm its existence despite some behaviouralists highly believing it.

I always think you do you, I’ll do me, we don’t have to agree but my own experience of lots of pupsters of very similar age both in mine and my extended family is that we’re yet to experience this!

BUT……is it for everyone? Absolutely not, is it hard work, oh it’s a damn site more than hard!

Favourite thing: “I like morning kisses, sunbathing in the garden, beach walks, walks in local park where I meet my friends and squirrels.
I like when my Daddy has a day off and I like baby chicken watching at the local farm - I call them “chicken nuggets”
And of course treats, treats and more treats....”

Biggest dislike: “I dislike my paws being washed and hate the rain!”
