Meet Beasty! This big boy is just over 80 pounds of gentle giant 🥰 He's a three year old pitbull who loves affection and proved to be very photogenic! He's here to let you know that we're running low on pumpkin puree (not pumpkin mix) which is what we give some of our animals who have sensitive tummies. These guys are special to my ❤! --> "We recently received a call Concerning the surrender of this Goffin’s Cockatoo. This bird was locked in a cage for five years because ”It’s mean”. The bird is sticky and stained with ni****ne. This is not uncommon, most of our sanctuary birds arrived here in similar conditions. We are dedicated to the rehabilitation of these birds and to provide sanctuary for those beyond rehabilitation.
The funny or cute videos of our birds enjoying their life here is the outcome of that work.

The new space for the cats at Teddy’s will be three times the current area allowing for more space for playing, socialization and reducing stress.

Humane Society and SPCA of Hancock County

Feel terrible that we never let anybody know (who follows this page) that neither of us is helping out here anymore :(. Izzy is a senior at high school getting ready to graduate who has so much on her plate right now that she hasn't been able TO help and I moved down to Columbus......I'm helping out (just started today FINALLY) at the Franklin County Dog Shelter and Adoption Center so this is why everything has been neglected on this page.
