JL Horsemanship & Training A page dedicated to featuring all the amazing horses I've worked with over the years.

I'm going to redo this page, reload pictures with watermarks so the scammers can't steal my horse photos anymore. 🙃

When you fight against scammer accounts online, sometimes they try to attack back lol

I just finished uploading the pictures from 2013. It took me a while to sort through them and organize, as that year was quite chaotic. It's a small album compared to some of the previous years, but between moving back to Lexington, losing the farm, finalizing my divorce, and everything else going on that year, I'm amazed I got anything done at all.

Finally finished uploading the complete album for 2012 😁

By 2012, I was back to riding full time, but no longer was I sticking around the old farm in Frankfort. My marriage was in shambles, but I wasn't going to let that stop me. I was staying with my sister and other friends in Lexington, and traveling to other farms to ride and sell for other people, taking horses to Masterson to school, and going to horse shows again. And while I sold over 150 horses this year, it would be my last big year for selling horses.

Getting ready to post 2012...the file is huge

2012/2013 were such chaotic years, a lot of the pictures I have are in no order whatsoever. Working to decipher and organize all the pictures from these years best that I can.

I just finished uploading the albums for 2010 and 2011. It's been very tough looking at the pictures of myself from this time period because of how much weight I put on during my second pregnancy. But I added them, sort of proof to myself of just how far I've come back.

The complete photo album for 2010

The year was 2010, and I turned 25 years old. Things were falling apart at home, and I had already begun the process of filing for divorce, but I was desperately trying to hold everything together for the sake of the business, and the farm... and my family, because in the late spring of this year is when I found out that I was pregnant with my second child. I had a much more complicated pregnancy this time around, and did not ride but only a couple times throughout the rest of the year. Nevertheless, I still had lessons to teach, camp to run, and horses to take care of and sell. I am forever thankful for the group of kids that were ready to ride almost every weekend and all summer long. And despite divorce, and pregnancy complications, I still sold over 150 horses that year.

I finally got the 2009 album uploaded. I want to go ahead and get all the pictures uploaded that I can. The albums are only organized up to 2012. After that I'll have to do some more searching through all my files to find the horse pictures and then arrange them somewhat chronologically.

By 2009 I had settled into my new life in Frankfort. The farm R&R Walkers was renamed HorseCampUSA and we put in a small riding arena so I could teach lessons and hold a summer riding camp. The horse market was recovering after the last year, and this was a huge year for sales, over 180 horses sold this year, and so many more that I saw, rode, trained, and worked with.

I finally got all the 2009 pictures to post. Had to break them into 4 separate uploads to get them all done, but I got it! 😁
