Below you will find information on how my services work, my fees and T&C's
🐈 WHO AM I:
I am completely cat mad! I believe cats and I have a mutual adoration as I seem to make cat friends everywhere I go, we are simply drawn to each other. As a cat owner and lover, I have come to understand their every expression, their body language and their nature. You could say I'm fluent in cat! I love all animals, however cats are by far the creature I connect with the most. I can give your kitties the company, attention and care required all in the comfort of their own home while you're absent.
Cat sitting for me is a side hustle, I manage these services around my day job just as any cat owner would usually have a day job to attend to as well as caring for their kitty. By day I run my own health and beauty company 4 days a week. 50% of my job is hands on and practical while the other 50% is laptop based, allowing me more opportunity to work from most locations. As long as there's WIFI I'm all good!
I consider myself a responsible and thoughtful individual who values health and egalitarianism. I like to stay in and keep cosy while enjoying my down time. I find the company of cats particularly relaxing. I rarely drink, I don't smoke and I'm rather creative when I have the time. Naturally I don't believe catteries are the best environment for cats and highly recommend a cat sitter instead, for a more compassionate service.
🐈 WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME:
- To stay over at your home address for the agreed duration of your absence.
- To get to know and understand your cat/s preferences and behaviours.
- To keep your cat/s company, safely and compassionately, to give them lots of cuddles and attention if that's what they enjoy.
- To follow your cat care instructions and routines.
- To send you regular updates/images/videos if you prefer.
- To respect and follow your house rules.
- To clean up after myself and the cat/s: litter tray maintenance of course, light vacuuming, etc.
- Clean bathroom/dishes and fresh sheets on the bed prior to your return.
🐈 WHAT I EXPECT FROM MY CUSTOMERS:
- Full payment upon booking my services. Cash or BACs transfer only.
- Clear instructions on where I can find all products and items required to care for your cat/s.
- Clear instructions on how to use home equipment such as oven and washing machine, etc.
- Vet contact details and address in case of emergency.
- An emergency contact number or your own in case of emergency.
- Access to WIFI
- To be staying in a clean, tidy, safe and functional location for carrying out my service comfortably.
- To have fresh linen on the bed for my stay.
- To be treated with respect at all times.
- Somewhere free, easy and close by for me to park during my stay: a street outside house or driveway is fine.
🐈 WHAT NOT TO EXPECT:
- Parties or any other form of gatherings during your absence unless otherwise agreed upon.
- I will not participate in performing vaccines or other medicines needing physically administered. I am not a vet.
- A full maid service. My duties do not go beyond the maintenance of the spaces I am using during my stay or that require my attention of cat care duties.
- I'll not share my sleeping space with more than 1 cat.
- City cat sitting without guaranteed available parking.
- Please don't expect me to look after any other pets during the course of your absence such as dogs, hamsters or high maintenance fish.
🐈 MY FEES:
- £21 per night
- £35 per night for more than 3 cats in a household
