Dear UltiMutt friends!

We all desperately want this virus to STOP and go back to normal life and we are doing whatever we can to do to make that happen!

We are classified as an essential business under the Governor's Stay-At-Home Order and will remain open. However, as of April 4, 2020, we have decided to temporarily pause our daycare program for two weeks. We plan to resume daycare on Monday, April 20, 2020. We are still available for limited boarding and will be here caring for our overnight guests as usual. While we are not accepting new client dogs, if you are an existing daycare or boarding client and find yourself in a bind or your dog really, really needs an outlet during this time, please give us a call and we will do our very best to help.

We have also decided to implement some additional social distancing practices to help keep everyone safe. We will temporarily close our beautiful new lobby to help minimize contact and the number of people involved in drop-off and pick-up during these times of coronavirus resistance. We have added an “air-lock” on the porch and ask that everyone follow our temporary protocol for drop-offs and pick-ups. We have text messaging, so prior to arriving for drop off or pick up, you can send us a text and we will meet you by the air-lock door.

Drop-Off Protocol
You will enter the mesh airlock with your dog(s) and knock on the lobby door or text us at (440) 759-9071. Please wait with your dog until a team member acknowledges you. Take off collars, harnesses (if applicable) and leashes and we will receive your dog(s) with our own leash (es). We ask that you have your dog(s) food packaged into one large bag and do not send bedding, toys, or other personal belongings. We have plenty of bedding and toys here. Your dog(s) will be wiped down with a baby/pet wipe before heading off to find friends!

Pick-Up Protocol
You will enter the mesh airlock, shut the gate behind you. Please wait until a team member acknowledges you and brings your pup up (with our leash). We do have security cameras and will see you pull up. We will send your dog(s) into the air-lock and shut the door on our side. Baby wipes and disinfectant wipes are provided in the air-lock for you to use if you wish. You can then leash up and/or exit with your tired-out pup!

Payments
Payments can be done through our online portal, called in prior to pick up or can be left in the colorful toy box in the air-lock.

We are working on posting a video on how this air-lock process works. So, stay tuned....
