Welcome to In Home Meet N Greet Sunday! To answer a few questions some of you may have, we will start with this one. Where is the couch? Our former leather couch had become impossibly ruined by the dogs & we are actively looking for a suitable replacement. Until then, the living area looks a little sparse. A bit about our home. We have 3008 square feet of TEXTURED water proof flooring. Most of the home is utilized for our esteemed guests as we are kennel free and provide a “just like home” environment. We run ten high powered air cleaners 24/7 and spend many hours per week washing toys, bedding, floors and hard surfaces. We keep our home, both inside and out as sanitary, clean and odor free as possible. This is truly a premium experience for your pup. Below are some more FAQ’s:
🐕How come you only offer in home meet n greets on select Sundays? For liability purposes, no one but family are allowed to mingle with guest dogs. We care for at least one guest dog every day of the year. Sunday meet n greets are carefully orchestrated for when we have someone to care for current guests somewhere else in the home. We offer non home tour meet n greets on weekdays and weekends.
🐕Why does my dog need to avoid the groomers, dog parks and other communal dog places before an in home meet n greet or before coming for a stay? The safety and well being of each guest is of utmost importance to us. We have had to shut down for 3 weeks in the past after a dog visited the groomers, picked up an illness and brought it to our home. Dogs in our care were made ill. We ask our esteemed clients to please work with us to cut down on exposure to germs and unvaccinated pups.
🐕Why don’t you allow full bully breeds? Bully breeds are a liability, that we are unable to take on due to insurance requirements and personal experience. Please ask about our drop in care services for full bully breeds.
🐕Why does my 2 year old intact male need to be fixed before you accept him? He doesn’t mark or hump other dogs. Intact males, no matter how well behaved, give off hormones that disrupt the safety of our pack.
🐕Why can’t I come inside your home when
I drop my pup off for care? Insurance does not allow anyone but family to interact with guest dogs. In addition to that, we maintain a safe and familiar environment for our guests. Bringing in a new person compromises the peacefulness and safety of the pack every time.
🐕What is your drop in care radius? Estacada and nearby parts of Eagle Creek.
🐕My dog is kennel trained and prefers to sleep in one at night. Is that possible? Yes! We are “kennel free” in that dogs are free roam with us inside and out, but dogs, who are accustomed to using one can use one of ours or bring their own.
🐕My dog never goes anywhere. Does he need to be up to date on vaccines before coming over? Yes. No exceptions.

Sweet old girl Smitty is here for her final day before she heads back home to Florida. Smitty has chilled with me 3 days a week for the last 4 weeks & I am truly going to miss her. Elderly animals hold an extra special place in my heart. They are extra vulnerable and in need of extra love, something I’ve got plenty to share. God be with you, little Smitty! Thank you for being so special. ❤️🐕❤️
