Since becoming land-based in 2015, Adam has managed a farm-to-table/lake-to-plate destination and part-owned a boutique hotel, restaurant, cellar door, and business development company. Roles aside, upon his return to New Zealand, his real goal was to have ducks and dogs as part of his everyday life. The idea of Naturally Pawsome began cooking in 2021. It was established in 2023 to make this dream a reality.
