Incase anyone thought we were taking it easy this year… Canuary finished with a bang!! Over 500 jars filled and I lost track of the bread made.

Newt is now a daddy and our pick of the litter went to the neighboring sheep farm. She’s so sweet and quite huge!

Hopefully this year brings on a very successful garden and more pantry filling. New adventures are waiting and ready for us!

Ingredients are local organic elderberries, organic ground ginger, organic ground cinnamon, ground turmeric, ground clove, and local raw honey. It tastes amazing and you’ll thank yourself during cold and flu season. Take it daily as a prevention and when you’re sick more often to flush it out faster.

The babies are all laying from our February babies.. the rest will come on through the summer we hatched out. And by fall all the babies will be laying. We are getting a lot of eggs a day! I have 20 plus dozen and will be at the Scio Saturday market with eggs and such this Saturday and probably every other Saturday if we can’t do every Saturday. I always have eggs here as well. $5 a dozen, they have non GMO food and get free range time for bugs and grass and they love my pepper plants! No they won’t have spicy eggs! Come see us for all your egg needs. You won’t get yikes like this in the stores!
