𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 #𝟏 - 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐨𝐠𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫: 𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐞 💜💜💜 … Baby Charlie is the last of mama Poppy’s litter. He loved his dinner so much that he cleaned up the floor and then thanked me by knocking me over. He gives the BEST hugs and is technically still available for adoption. He does need a home with another fur friend as he does not enjoy being alone. So without further ado…here’s a big ole 11 month old Pyrenees knocking me over.
𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐨𝐠𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫…part 2. Well it took 5 hours, numerous costume changes (on my part not theirs), and I’m still cleaning up some of the sweet potato from the floor. Luckily the pictures are worth it. The moment you’ve been waiting for…and happy Black Friday! Check back for more later this afternoon! Spoiler…there will be an outtakes post too 😂

Today’s reminder (complete with sound effects courtesy of Moose) that doggie daycare really tires out those puppers. Wishing you had a tuckered out pupper? Hit us up for some daycare fun for your floof today!
Two words: Doggie daycare. Say whatever you want but it really tires them out. This is the sound of a really fun day. Moose and Dan (aka Hell on Wheels) played hard all day long and this is the usual Moose nap on the way home. If you’re going to be away from the house and need a place for your pups to get some social and physical interaction - and loves and hugs and snuggles - we are here for you! PS volume up for the full effect 😂😂😂
Listen humans aren’t the only beings who get to have best friends. Moose and Dan are the bestest of buddies. They hang out every Monday and Thursday at daycare and play all day long. This last Monday they got to play at Moose’s house for a bit after school and boy did they have a blast. And then in true post doggie daycare style - they passed out. Doggie daycare helps pups work on social skills while expending lots of extra physical and mental energy. If your pup needs to expend some energy, hit us up for some daycare fun today!!!

Your weekly bath time selfie brought to you by Pawsh. You may think that short haired pups don’t need baths. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard “I have a lab - my dog doesn’t need grooming”. Untrue! Is your dog’s skin flaky? Do they smell like dirt? Are they shedding crazy? That’s because the coat and skin need cleansing and conditioning. Dead undercoat needs to be removed so your pet’s skin can breathe. How do those nails look? Be honest with yourself! Long nails can irreparably change your pet’s posture and gait causing earlier onset of arthritis. It can also restrict their movement - the less they move the less tone in their muscles. Listen I could talk til I’m blue in the face but the bottom line is ALL dogs benefit from grooming. If your pup could use some sprucing, hit us up for an appt today.

🇺🇸Happy 5th of July everyone!!🇺🇸 I’d have posted yesterday but let’s be honest, with 20+ dogs here to play with, feed, and clean up after, and fireworks and thunderstorms to drown out, there just wasn’t much time. And because no good deed goes unpunished, please enjoy this video (sound on!) of me taking a 5 minute break while one of the pups howls because he is feeling some sort of way about how he’s being treated (or was displeased about yesterdays movie choice for breakfast) Also in related news, I actually have no idea who the howler is. It’s been 3 days and every time I try to sneak over and catch him or her - the noise stops. So now they are gaslighting me as well. So excuse me while I sit quietly, drink coffee, and think about my life choices 🥹😂 . We are at the shop until 6-ish today if yall need anything. And have a safe and fun weekend!!! #pawshnwa #mydogisgaslightingme #doggydaycare #doggydaycamp #doggrooming #dogboarding #dogsleepovers #happy4thofjuly
Snow in the middle of summer? Well kind of - but not really. There is no better time than the present to get your dog a deshedding bath. This dude had a good 6 or 7 sheds in that coat. But by the time the bath was done - he looked and felt like a new man. Deshedding treatments keep your double coated dogs’ skin and coat in optimal condition. Which in turn keeps them cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. And makes it so we don’t have to shave them - which we’d rather not do. Anyway…if your floof could use some defloofing…send us a dm or text or call us at 479.385.7187 and we’ll get you on the schedule!!!
Here’s the deal - nail trimming is important to the health of your pup. I’ve said it a million times, and I’ll keep saying it. Long nails can cause leg and gait issues and at some point can further cause arthritis. Broken nails are painful and many times require vet visits for antibiotics. There are lots of reasons to get you pups nails trimmed, and only a few not to. If your pup doesn’t like it, we have the remedy for that as well. Send us a message today and let us help you keep your pets’ nails in tip top shape!
