My name is Sophia and I am 32 years old.

I have a huge passion for all animals and their welfare. I offer solo or group walks within the Middlesex area, I also offer pet visits such as popping in to feed your pet or simply spend some quality time with them when required. I have experience with dogs having had my own 3 staffy’s over the years since a young age, rescuing two of them from distressing backgrounds, this enabled me to learn ce

rtain behaviours and how to manage them. I like to research certain characteristics within different breeds to help me understand them and any added special features that they may have. I am observant and always try to pre-empt situations on walks and I get great satisfaction from building that trust and bond with the animals in my care. I am in the process of completing my dog first aid course and am DBS checked.

As the weather is getting warmer your dog is more at risk of developing heat stroke.
Heat stroke happens when a dog's body can't cope with the internal rise in temperature.
Knowing the signs and how to cool your pet down could potentially save their life.

❤️‍🩹ANOTHER APPEAL FOR CHIEF ❤️‍🩹

Not one single person has applied for sweet Golden Oldie Chief. 💔

Poor Chief came in as his owner sadly passed away. He is stressed in kennels, and has now developed kennel cough. This can be quite serious for an older dog, so we desperately want to find him a comfortable, warm home where he can recover.

Can you help Chief?

We are looking for a foster of forever home:

🐾 An experienced carer who has ideally had similar breeds before

🐾 No other pets – although he is okay with other dogs he would prefer to be the only dog in the home

🐾 Direct access to a garden as he won't be able to go out for walks until he has recovered

🐾 An adult only home or with older children aged 14+

Chief will need a foster or forever home in the North London / Essex areas as he will need to see one of our local vets to begin with.
