👨⚕️ Today was Yanahli’s puppies’ first trip to see our amazing vet! 😍
They all got a clean bill of health, and their dewclaws removed. Five out of the six puppies got their tails surgically docked. We decided to delay tail docking on the smallest puppy, to give him a few more days to grow! 💪
The puppies and mama are all doing wonderful! We couldn’t be happier! 🥹

Everyone’s doing wonderful! The puppies have great appetites! They are nursing from mom, as well as being supplemented with goat milk from a bottle several times per day. We find this is the best way to ensure newborn puppies thrive through the first few days, and sometimes continue supplementing for weeks. 🥛 💕
The puppies are in the warming box in this video. Which is a safe place that we put them while we are cleaning their puppy pen! Mama Yanahli was outside on a potty break. ☺️
