There a 4 simple to use high visibility Velcro straps which provide additional visibility and extra safety. These straps hold the device around the top of the horse's tail whilst 5 strands of LEDs flow down the horse’s tail. The lights have 3 functional settings; constant, where all LEDs stay illuminated throughout the ride, slow flash and quick flash.
