I want to be completely transparent with my customers and followers. Sadly one of my customers had a lead break on the finger end of the lead. I started making leads different and hers was one of the firsts to be made the way it was. It had to have been a fluke since none of the others have broke before and leads are the top sellers. The customer was a great sport and will be getting a new lead to replace it. Sometimes an end doesn't get burned enough and sometimes things happen in the beginning of a small businesses career especially with one person running it. Thank you again to the wonderful customer for being so patient and kind even though the lead broke. (In the photo the handle side of it came undone and it just kept un reveling which happens when one burnt end comes un done.) One thing can go wrong then the whole thing comes up done again I want to be transparent with my customers since I am just starting out I worry when all my orders go out because I am just a worry wart and I worry stuff like this will happen, but it happens to every small business and if it doesn't then that business isn't transparent about there products and with there customers

If you do not like the look of average slip leads but do not want your collar and leash seperate this is the perfect product for you. The green stopper seperates the collar and leash patterns but it is still one cohesive product there is no separation the stop just makes it to where the hardware does not get stuck.
