So we’ve gotten a lot of calls and messages lately I just wanted to jump on here real quick and let everyone officially know that we are making the switch from an all around taxidermist to waterfowl only.

So while we are still working through all big game/mammals we have left in the shop I just wanted to let everyone know we are still accepting waterfowl.

This elk named “Stump” got to go home to his boy recently.

We are still trying to play catch-up. We are finally making some headway. So if you’ve got a mount with us we appreciate your patience, we are working as fast as we can to get them back to you! 🙂

This bear was presented to Brooke last night at the Youth Outdoors Unlimited - Washington Non-Profit Spokane banquet. We enjoy getting to be able to do these mounts for this great organization and these special kids.

I was waiting to post this guy until our client picked it up. I don’t get to do many whitetail so this one was fun. Congrats again to the hunter! What a deer!

The current life of a taxidermist…
(borrowed from a fellow taxidermist).

Notice to current customers:
If your still waiting on your mount from last fall, please be patient. Most taxidermists are still working on pieces from the fall of 2020 or even 2019.
Tanneries that offer quality tanning are dealing with supply shortages and they are busier than they've ever been. I still have 75% of all of my capes at the tannery currently. More than 50% of the manikins I order right now are placed on back order. All of the supply companies are dealing with the same crap and also a shortage of employees. If you see me finish an animal that was received after yours it's not intentional. I'm just trying to stay busy
and work with what I've got. We can't predict the future with a lot of this. We are just buckled in for the ride.

Shared from our fellow taxidermist friend, but we are also having the same issues! Please be patient and understanding… we are doing all we can! We ordered things and the one order took 8 weeks to get to us.. things are hectic all over.
