Here's the judges panel for our November 23rd 2025 Shows. I contacted all the judges suggested by members. If they're not on the list, it means they weren't available.
With this in mind, I'm now asking for your suggestions for the 2026 judges panel.

The Western District Dog Club Incorporated invites you to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and aGeneral meeting for 2024-2025.

2. Roll call and apologies
3. Confirmation of minutes from the previous AGM.
4. President's report.
5. Treasurer's report and presentation of financial statements.
Including breakdown of income from the 2 Championship Shows.
6. Nomination and election of office bearers and committee members.
All positions will be called vacant and nominations to be called for from those present.

We would like to say a massive THANK YOU to all the exhibitors, vendors, the Ballarat GSDCV and our small committee for all the hard work that was put in yesterday to make the two shows a great success!

It was great to hear so much support about having another show back on the calendar in the Western District as well as exhibitors fond memories of shows at Morshead Park over the years.

As many of you know, this was our first show and we’ve identified a few teething issues. This is the first time our committee has organised an all-breeds show and any oversights were certainly unintentional.
