Things have been quieter here at Cry Woof after we received some amazing news and took some time to process!

As I have shared before, just over a year and a half ago our son passed away a few days after he was born. We are now awaiting our newest blessing with the utmost excitement!

So what’s next? While I treasure and enjoy every milestone of this pregnancy, I will be taking classes, learning more about breeder apps, software, and helpful tools to keep Cry Woof moving forward! Our next step is health testing our beautiful new addition Dottie and working on pairing up our adult dogs for future litters. This is gonna be a great year ❤️

When certain things in life seem just out of reach, do you wait at the door or go find something else to focus on? I prefer to busy myself with other things and then go back to try again. ❤️ 🐩 🤔

Tethering is one of my favorite things to do when my puppies enter the destructive phase!
So often I’ll get busy only to come around the corner to find some mess or trouble underway from my 20 week old darlings 😬

By looping a leash around my belt loop and keeping them close throughout the day, it keeps the puppy from getting into trouble and also teaches them to relax!

Right now I’m cooking while Dottie is completely calm. No counter surfing or mischief making. One of the best things about this is she is so close that it’s easy for me to praise all of her GOOD behavior!

Every stage can be a great stage in raising your puppy once you learn each other’s language!

I’m away at a breeding seminar learning as much as I can with Jeanette Forrey from 4E Kennels 🎉

This adorable F1b bernedoodle is brown Merle and soft as silk. Everything about her is sweet as can be, from her desire to work with people to her darling chocolate chip nose 💖

Billie is part of the litter that I just had the pleasure of temperament testing. All the puppies tested solid with great nerve strength, low prey drive, dog friendly and human focus. Such a neat pairing!

Evaluating this litter was so much fun! These little darlings showed confidence, human focus and wonderful eye contact all to varying degrees 🥰

I enjoyed watching their personality unfold as they attempted various tasks. Some of the things we test for are sight and sound sensitivity, nerve strength, touch tolerance and even prey drive. All of these results give a clue on the best possible home that the 🐶 would match.

Each 🐶 has a unique disposition that makes them a perfect candidate for someone out there. Now Reneé gets to play matchmaker with the families and find the right fit 🎉
