Pamela and Johannes are happy to offer a secure, caring environment for your much loved pet. We are fire; flood; storm etc.

I understand and agree to the following conditions when leaving my dog with Stay, Walk, Play, Dog Caring:
1. An up-to-date Vaccination Certificate MUST BE sighted by Stay, Walk, Play, Dog Caring before acceptance of your dog/dogs’.
2. A caring fee of $35.00 per day is payable upon arrival or departure. Fees may be paid by cash or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to JL & PG de Kort – UBank - BSB 082

3. Any unforeseen expenses incurred during your dog/dogs’ stay will be the responsibility of the owner i.e., Veterinary attention; medications; or any other measures taken to ensure your dog/dogs’ total well-being during the caring period.
4. Stay, Walk, Play, Dog Caring shall not be responsible for loss or injury to any dog in its care should a natural disaster occur, i.e,. Every effort will be taken to protect your dog/dogs’.
5. Choose your dates carefully, as all dates booked will be charged for.
6. Dog/dogs’ must be transported to and from our home. Please let us know below if your dog has any special requirements. We will do our very best to make his/her stay comfortable, secure and happy.
