Since Valkyrie was doing so well and was so willing, we did a thing lol. Not planning on riding, just moving him along towards finding his niche. It’s so amazing how interested he is in everything he’s learning. He’s very trusting and you can see him thinking about everything. His ears move like antennae and he always comes towards us for assurance. He’s one of the best minded colts we’ve worked with.

Valkyrie loved the curry and brushing, he’s shedding so much! He’s the most affectionate horse, always wanting to be close to us and nuzzling.

Valkyrie was surprisingly easy to halter. We just put it on before we fed, no pressure to do anything else. After he ate for a bit we took it off again. Today we’ll work with him a little more at his comfort level ❤️!
