Hello Aussie Community!
With summer upon us, the heat is picking up! Here are some of our tips for keeping your dogs cool and healthy!
- Keep Hydrated
- Choose walks in cooler areas or temperatures
- Check the ground, if it’s too hot for your hand it’s too hot for a paw
- Let them swim in a cool paddling pool
- Let them rest indoors instead of playing in the sun
- Provide a cooling mat or an ice pack they can lay on
-Ice treats!
-Avoid hot cars or leaving them in a car

Good Day Aussie Community! As summer time approaches, it’s important to keep our pets safe and happy! Holidays means fireworks, that can be scary for our furry friends. Here’s some tips to keep them safe and happy!
1. Make sure your pet is microchipped or has up to date information on their collar in case they escape
2. Create a safe place for your dog to feel comfortable that’s away from windows
3. Create distractions such as white noise, a TV or stay home with your dog to eliminate stress
4. Play firework sounds softly to get your dog slowly used to the noise and desensitize them.
