Aka The Queen of Belly Rubs

Bridgette is a mix of zoomies 🏃‍♀️💨 and snuggly sweetness 💕. She adores everyone she meets — greeting new friends with a happy tail wag, cute wiggles, and sometimes a full-on “please rub my belly” flop 🐶💛.

She LOVES other dogs 🐕‍🦺, plays beautifully, and has even lived with cats 🐱 (who she politely says hello to… and then mostly ignores 😌).

Foster dogs are in our care for record amounts of time and we are going through food fast! It is currently our #1 care cost.

McFly is an exceptional young man. Very good manners, loves attention, but isn't too overbearing. McFly is crate trained and is successfully navigating house training. It's suspected that he will pick up leash training quickly as he is a people pleaser.

Juliette is a sweet 3-5 year old brown with some black Pomeranian mix who weighs 12lbs. When Juliette meets new people she is a tad shy and takes time to warm up. She needs time to gain trust and feel comfortable in her surroundings. Then she would just love to snuggle with her person - she really loves her people!

She was rescued from a hoarding situation where she and 7 other Pom mixes were left in a garage without walks or other basic TLC - and every day she comes out of her sweet shell a bit more. She enjoys the company of other dogs but definitely prefers people (once she warms up). We are not sure about cats. She would have to meet them and we do not have any at the ranch where she is - she does not have much prey drive though.

She does very well in a crat and we are watching how she does in the house - so far no messes. She does need a potty schedule to set her up for success as she doesn’t bark or go to the door when she has to go. She needs work with leash walking but she does her best, and is ok to be carried but can be squirmy if she is afraid.

She does love to snuggle in blankets and in a bed. She needs the right family to accept her and show her affection and a good life. We have not seen her interact with young kids and we would not recommend a home with them as she is still a little timid and we don't want her overwhelmed. A calm home where people have patience and lots of love to give would be perfect for her.

This sweetheart is the perfect blend of playful energy and gentle affection. Bridgette has been friendly with everyone she meets; men, women, and kids alike - and she greets new people with a wagging tail, happy wiggles, and the occasional roll onto her back for belly rubs. She’s a social butterfly who loves playing with other dogs and has even lived peacefully with cats, mostly ignoring them after a polite hello. Bridgette enjoys her walks and is always ready for fun adventures, but she’s equally content to relax and snuggle at home. Her enthusiasm sometimes leads her to jump up when excited, but her joyful nature and loving personality make her impossible not to adore. After lovingly raising six adorable pups, Bridgette is now ready to find a forever family of her own.

Gordie is a sweet, affectionate Hound mix who loves both people and other dogs. He’s playful, athletic, and incredibly smart - always ready for a challenge. The ideal home for Gordie would be an active family, with a fenced yard where he can run and explore safely. Good with strangers: Meatball first met a male staff member outside. He walked up and leaned in and sat down for pets. He had a neutral tail wag and seemed to enjoy the greeting. He then met a female staff member outside and he approached her with a windmill tail wag and ears slightly back. He stood still and enjoyed the petting.
Energy Level: Moderate to high
Leash skills: Pulls

This big boy is a strong, powerful dog who will require an owner confident in handling a dog that pulls hard on the leash. He is highly food motivated, which should make training and leash manners easier and fun for him to work on.

He appears to be generally good with other dogs and may be able to live with another canine companion, provided they share a similar energy level and have a calm, easy-going temperament.

This gentle 5-month-old Northern mix has a soft heart and an even softer coat. She can be shy at first, but her trust comes quickly — and when it does, expect tail wags and puppy kisses galore!

Genie loves playing with other dogs and has even lived with cats (she is learning they don’t always want to play). She’s making great progress with house, crate and leash training — all the “puppy 101” skills!

Her ideal home would be one with space to play and humans who will keep up her training and confidence building. Once she’s had her exercise, she’s happy to curl up and relax right beside you.
