Although the event is still happening, we will not be attending. 😢 I was so hoping they would reschedule, but they have continued to move forward. As a one-woman show, and not being able to park at my booth location; I don’t want to get soaked loading and unloading my car. Nor do I want all my bandanas to get wet in the process. It’s a bummer, but I feel comfortable in my decision.

Our mom hasn’t been very social on the socials lately. Here’s the reason why… She decided to go spend the day with 21 little friends instead of being a stay at home dog mom for another year. She promises that when she gets a normal routine going she’ll flood her socials with more pictures of us.
Don’t call Paw Patrol because mom left us home alone. We have three friends who come to check on us and play with us twice a day. We’re getting more treats now than ever!!!

Darcy got the all clear to “slowly” resume normal activities after her spaying. We both gave the vet a side eye. She resumed normal activities the second she woke up from anesthesia. 🤪Keeping her calm the past two weeks has been a challenge!!! 🤣

We loved picking out movies at Blockbuster, mastered every Rubik’s Cube by just moving the stickers to where I needed them, still have my treasured Princess Diana Beanie Baby, made a qazillion Cootie Catchers, and made my TV debut on Nickelodeon!

A neighbor is gifting this to a friend as part of their retirement gift. It got me thinking of the old days…
My first two years of college I was in Air Force ROTC. I even got to fly a fighter jet at camp one summer. It’s a good thing I had barf bags in the leg pocket of my flight suit. 🤢
I happened to be dating this guy who was in Army ROTC at the same time. He did way better on his PT tests than I ever did. 🤣 Here we are, 24 years later, still in the Army. But, it makes me wonder what would have happened if I had passed the run that day. 🤔🤪🤣

Had to take the big boy to the vet today. Double ear infection, and a cut on his side that got infected. 😩
Loki is our big baby, and had to sit next to me while we waited to be called back.
I’ll be back here tomorrow with Darcy for her spaying. I should probably get a job here with as often as we grace them with our presence, and the amount of money I spend here. 🤦🏻♀️
